Monday, September 11th - Friday, September 15th

In ELA this week we have a spelling test. This test is not for marks and should not be feared by the students. This test is to determine where everyone is at in terms of their spelling, in order to create groupings for our Words Their Way spelling program. This test will take place on Wednesday morning.

Also on Wednesday, we have a STEM experiment in Science. This experiment will involve the students creating a structure out of spaghetti and tape. The structure will be tested as per the students experiment. After which, the students will gather their data and draw conclusions upon their hypotheses.

This week we need to have everyone's picture (or drawing) for our Instagram wall. The students are responsible for a caption for their picture as well. These captions can be written or typed.
